So New York has had some wonderful springtime weather this past weekend and as such I had to taken full advantage of it! As the city has been so cold I was dying to get some vitamin D in and run around out side. The city actually felt alive as this was one of the first times in a long time that it has been bearable to go outside.
Let me clarify for anyone not here in NY. When I say springtime weather, I still mean mid to low forties but for anyone who has been living through the polar vortex, it felt wonderful!
In order to celebrate the wonderful weather, I decided to head out and frolic around the park.
Can you tell I'm super happy to not be wearing a jacket!
Acting like a tourist hanging out in front of the Met. No shame, I sat to take a picture.
So funny to see the pond like this. During the summer people race electric boats on this pond and ducks swim around.
Check out the difference!
Hanging out in the snow without a jacket. Living life on the edge!
I can't wait for spring to actually arrive, it just puts such a good spring in your step!
